By accessing or using the services provided by Tast Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Tast Technologies provides software development, digital products, IT support, and related technology services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
All content, code, designs, and materials created by Tast Technologies remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client-specific deliverables are transferred upon full payment as outlined in the project agreement.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may be subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
Tast Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
